Key Lime Pie1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk 1 package cream cheese, softened ¾ cup Nellie and Joe’s key lime juice ½ teaspoon vanilla 9” graham cracker pie crust (see recipe below)
Place milk, cream cheese and lime juice in food processor or stand mixer. Process until smooth. Add vanilla. Process until mixed. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Chill at least 6 hours.
Graham Cracker Pie Crust for 9″ pie2 cups crushed graham crackers 1/4 plus 2 teaspoons granulated sugar 1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients. Pour into 9″ pie plate. Using the bottom of a measuring cup, firmly press mixture evenly over bottom and sides of pie plate. Bake 7-9 minutes.
