- 1 large avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 T plus 2 t fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 t hot sauce
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¾ t salt
Blend together until creamy smooth.
Healthy substitute for Ranch dressing.
