Preheat over to 450°.
Mix all ingredients together with hands until dough forms. Roll out on floured surface and cut out biscuits with the size of biscuit cutter of your choice. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake just until the edges begin to brown, 8-10 minutes. Serve warm with butter
For ham biscuits, while the biscuits are still hot, open from sides with a fork and butter. Then place desired amount of country ham on biscuits. They freeze well.
