Whisk together the egg white and water until frothy.
Add pecans and stir to coat.
Mix dry ingredients, pour over pecans, and stir to coat.
Spread on a cookie sheet.
Bake in a 300° oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Use 1½ lbs of pecans so they aren’t quite so sweet.
Use parchment paper on the cookie sheet to make clean up a lot easier!
