Roasted Salted Pecans
12 cups pecan halves
1 stick butter
3 teaspoons salt, plus more for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 250. Place pecans on large sheet with lip and roast for 30 minutes to dry them. Slice butter on top, then stir in salt. Roast one more hour, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle lightly with salt at the end.
