- 1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (more or less to taste) for binding
- 1/2 cup mild banana peppers from jar, chopped, plus 1/4 cup liquid from jar
- 1/4 cup chopped jalepeño peppers from jar, chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Combine all ingredients thoroughly and chill before serving at least one hour. Serve with Fritos Scoops.
