- 1 ½ cups quick cooking grits, cooked
- 1 ½ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 pound hot sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 to 2 tablespoons picante sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced dehydrated onion
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients and put in greased shallow 2-quart casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Can be prepared ahead of time and baked before serving.
